This project entails comprehensive infrastructure development for 122 villas and a township within the Ohana Development at Al Jurf JAQ Project. The scope includes demolition work, earthwork, and all associated infrastructure activities. RGCC is collaborating with Nova International General Contracting LLC, under the supervision of Ohana - OTAK International. With a contract value of AED 52,520,671.46, the project ensures the creation of a sustainable and functional township.
