This project involved extensive earthwork, cutting, filling, and road construction as part of the Heilo-Abu Al Abiyad Road development in the Dhafra region and the dualization of Tal Moreed Road in Liwa. The scope included site preparation, grading, and upgrading of road infrastructure to improve transportation efficiency and connectivity in the region. Executed under project reference 0025-NBHH-RAMA-09-Gaby-ss, the project was carried out by RGCC in collaboration with Nael & Bin Harmal, under the supervision of ALDAR. The project was completed successfully with a total value of AED 17,601,000.00.
