This project involved large-scale earthworks as part of the Riyadh City South Phase 4 Infrastructure and Streetscape Works in Abu Dhabi. The scope included cutting, filling, backfilling, and the safe disposal of surplus materials to ensure the site was prepared for subsequent infrastructure and streetscape development. Conducted under project reference SCA-RCS-022, the project was executed by RGCC, with Nurol as the consultant, and under the oversight of Modon Properties. The project was completed successfully, with a total value of AED 48,764,998.23, contributing significantly to the advancement of the Riyadh City South development.
