This project involved levelling and backfilling works for estates impacted by the removal of Ghashaba Square, facilitating their relocation to the Jubaib area in Al Ain. The works included precise grading and road preparation to ensure a stable and uniform ground base suitable for residential and infrastructural development. The project was executed under project reference DMTC-RGCC-WCC02-081221, with RGCC as the contractor and DMTC as the consultant, under the authority of the Al Ain Municipality. The project was successfully completed with a total value of AED 14,788,000.00.
